I love quick and easy recipes, especially ones that B1 and B2 approve of. I made these for lunch today and they were gobbled down.
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1/4 cup grated cheese
125g can tuna in spring water, drained
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray a fry pan with oil and heat on medium.
Spoon the mixture into the pan in whatever sized circles you want. When bubbles appear evenly, flip them over and cook until golden.
Then munch them down!
