Yummy fruit salad muffins that turn out so moist!
That has to be a winner. These were really easy to make and B1 and B2 gave the smile (and the gobble) of approval.
Ingredients: (Makes 12)
2 cups self raising flower
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup honey
410g can of fruit salad, undrained
1/2 cup milk
Preheat your oven to 180′c.
Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl.
Divide the mixture into the cups of your greased muffin trays.
Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden.
